We want you to love your new 2-in-1 Mini Bag Sealer! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy below for returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date your package was delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The Mini Sealer must be unused, undamaged, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your Mini Sealer arrives damaged during transit, is defective, or does not heat up/function properly, we will make it right immediately. Do not ship it back. Contact us at [Your Support Email Address] within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear video/photo proof showing the device failing to work. Once we verify the issue, we will ship you a brand-new replacement completely free of charge, or issue a full refund—no return shipping required.
3. How to Start a Return (Change of Mind)
If you simply changed your mind and want to return your unused, unopened product, please follow our authorization process. Contact us at [Your Support Email Address] for a specific return address. Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Please Note: For 'change of mind' returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to clear, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Cancellations
Orders are processed within 12 to 24 hours. If you need to cancel, email us immediately. Once processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it, and you will need to follow the standard return process after the item arrives.
