We partner with reputable third-party international suppliers and manufacturers (primarily sourced via AliExpress) to fulfill and ship your orders directly to you. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your product may be packaged and shipped by a third-party logistics partner.
2. Product Information & Pricing
Accuracy of Information: We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and details of our Mini Sealer as accurately as possible. However, because products are manufactured by third-party suppliers, we cannot guarantee that your device’s color or packaging will perfectly match what is displayed on your screen.
Pricing & Modifications: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Because our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, our shipping process differs from standard domestic retailers:
- Shipping Times: Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 20 business days depending on your location and customs processing. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, weather, or customs clearances.
- Tracking: Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. Tracking information may take 3 to 7 business days to update once the package leaves the supplier's warehouse.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: You (the customer) are considered the importer of record. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country upon arrival. We are not responsible for these charges.
4. Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your Mini Sealer. However, because we operate a dropshipping model, we have strict return guidelines to keep our prices low:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your Mini Sealer arrives broken, defective, or does not heat up, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear video proof showing the device plugged in/turned on and failing to function. Upon verification, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund.
- Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages: We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address information provided by the customer at checkout.
- "Change of Mind" Returns: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases once the order has been processed by our supplier (typically within 12–24 hours of purchase).
5. Limitation of Liability
Our products are designed for sealing standard household plastic packaging (e.g., chip bags, snack bags). We are not liable for any damage to property, burns, or personal injuries resulting from the misuse or neglect of the heating element of the Mini Sealer.
In no event shall our store, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and video clips, is the property of our store or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our assets without express written consent.
